I am a 56 year old married (husband Michael of almost 19 years) mother of three children, Cris turns 30 this summer, 16 year old daughter Rheagan and my youngest, 14 year old son Aidan.

Born in Akron Ohio and raised in a small town Tallmadge OH. I am a veteran with two honorable discharges from the military. I served as a military police officer in the US Army, stationed in Hanau, Germany. After separating from the Army, I moved to Houston, Texas where I joined the US Air Force and was stationed at Ellington Field as a Security Police officer. After a short career as a Texas police officer (5 years), I changed careers setting my sights on the telecommunication industry. I subsequently spent ten years with Verizon and the last several years managing the Air Force account nationally before going into residential real estate in 2013 in the Houston and Galveston market.

I have lived in Ohio, Virginia, Alabama, Texas and Louisiana. I love to travel and have been to all the states in the US. I have travelled to 24 countries with South Africa and Greece on the top of my list for next year.

I am very passionate about bodybuilding, fitness, and nutrition as I grew up admiring my father who was a bodybuilder. I have competed as a physique competitor in the NPC and turned Pro with the IFBB in July 2014. I also love CrossFit and have competed in several local competitions.

I have been modeling for years in glamour and fitness. Been international published several times. Print ads, brochures, yellow pages, commercials, and several magazine articles.
